I have a 2000 base with manual transmission.  I installed some LED headlight bulbs the other day.  I made a mistake when I installed the passenger side bulb.  I had the polarities switched.  Pos to neg and neg to pos.  The light would not turn on.  So I switched the plug around and everything worked fine.  But now my car is acting strange.  The top was down when I started this project and it wont go back up.  The one touch function to raise the windows is gone (I tried the reteach but no luck).  Did I blow a module up?  HELP!!!!!

I figured it out.  The turn signal wires under the headlight assembly had been pinched and shorted out.  This caused a domino effect of fuses to blow.  After fixing the wires all problems are gone.  BTW the LID lights work awesome!  Just like a good HID kit but for only $31.00 on Amazon.  No errors just nice bright lighting.

Regards,

Scott
