I am looking for the black electrical connection that is shown by the green arrow in the photo.  The tab that secures the connection to the male side molded onto the top of the fuel filter snapped right off as I applied pressure to take it off.

Thanks in advance to anyone who knows part number and where I can get it.  It looks like a standard connection with a release that can be taken off and another put back on the wires.

This is on a 2008 Cayenne base model with a V6.

Unless you destroyed the plug trying to remove, the plug can be removed and reused.  To remove, use a hook and place it under a small flap just above the small square on the same side you broke off.  This will pull the retainer away and allow you to pull the connector up.  It can then be reused as long as you get a "click" when you reconnect.

That part is 1J0 919 231. It is a VW/Audi part and you can see if any local dealerships carry it in stock. I had to get mine online.
