Hi everybody, how much to pay for a fully restored 1965 911e, really looks like right uot of the dealership, they want 23,000 dls, what do you think?

Find someone with he latest issue that includes the 1965 911's and they will give you a good valuation of where the market stands for each model. The current June 2005 issue covers 356 cars so you will need an earlier issue.

there is no such thing as a '65 911e. There was only the std. model with no subscript (T,E,S).

as for the price, that's in the right ballpark. I know a guy who sold his for $20k and it was in very original, but un-restored conditions. With that said, you need to look past the shiny paint and check out how much has been replaced, resotred, etc and if it was done right.
