Hello, I have a 2004 cayenne Turbo and am experiencing problems with the heating controls.  The blower/fan works fine, you can adjust the speed etc. The direction of the heat, heat/temperature and recirculation controls do not work.  it is warm air all the time, this cannot be turned up or down and teh heat comes out of all the vents regadless on where you want the heat directed, i.e wind screen. I think its something to do with the motors that move the flaps, but cant seem to find out what the issue is or how to reslove it.  Has anyone else had this issue?  thanks in advance

Go on pelican parts diy for the blower motor and it tells which other part likely goes bad. It's usually the AC/heater regulator. Easy fix. Might also consider doing the blower motor while you're in there. Took me all of 10 minutes. Hope this helps, Matt

Common problem, the servo motors that work the flaps for the a/c system go bad. Older posts show that the worm gear pops out of place and newer motors have a better design. You can find more info in the link below.
