Hi All,

I own a 2005 Porsche 997 and need to replace the rotors and pads for the first time.  Have 64k miles on her.

What is the current recommended rotor and pad replacement?  Really would like to get pads that dont leave as much brake dust.  My 911 is a daily driver, not a track car.

Also looking for a non squeak pad.

Thanks in advance, Bob

As a daily driver I would stick with the factory pads and rotors.

Other pads may produce less dust but more noise and potentially more wear on the rotors.

As I said for street use I would stick with the factory parts.
