The clamping straps have probably lost their tension, remove the water hose and clean up all residues, replace the clamping straps by new ones, preferably by specimens with a tension capability for screw driver or key.

Hi Loren hope you are fine, any help with the part number for the part the expansion tank hose attach to?

I agree with RFM that you may likely only need new hose clamps. Those old spring type do not re-use well.

Use the new (stainless steel) spring type hose clamps.

999 512 656 09 Hose clamp 25 x 12 -- US MSRP $2.40 - 2 required

999 512 683 09 Hose clamp 23 x 12 -- US MSRP $2.40 - 1 required

 

If you really need the hose then it is:

948 106 050 01 Return line hose - US MSRP $51.44

Thanks a lot Loren one last question what is the part number of the plastic part with screws the hose attach to?(motor)
