Welcome Elliot!

The batteries for the tyre pressure sensors are integral to the sensors, in the wheels.  You have to change the whole sensor.  As it is 8 years old, and the batteries have a life of 7-8 years (at best) then you would be best replacing all four.

Bluetooth was introduced with PCM3.0 (in MY2009), and you likely have PCM2.1.  There are some good aftermarket Bluetooth phone modules available for 2.1.  Google ViseeO Mosto, or NAV-TV Tooki.

Please do not type in ALL CAPS - that is shouting on the Internet.

Yes, the sensor is closed module so the whole thing needs to be replaced - for each wheel.

Remove the wheels/tires - unmount the tires - replace the TPMS sensors.

Then - remount the tires - re-balance all wheels and tires - reinstall wheels/tires.

Most tire shops do this all the time. Some even sell new sensors.
