Hi all,

Wondering if you could shed some light on my problem. We recently purchased a 11' cayenne diesel with roughly 115000km on it. It was from a used dealer - so could have been sitting around for a while, who knows. Anyways, it was an 8 hr drive home and the car ran faultlessly.

Couple months later - used mainly for city driving, the glow plug light light up then the engine light on the speedometer. Sometimes it would not come on, other times, it stayed on constantly.

So today I took it to a Porsche independent workshop and it threw 3 codes - 2 of which was related to the diesel particulate filter.

My question is, the glow plug and the diesel filter error signals the same?

Better late than never, this happened to me, the dealer has the car.  Awaiting SW from Atlanta to reprogram fuel systems, then blow out particulate filter, then drive 50 Miles to prove it worked

Car went into limp home mode yesterday morning
