Oil pan hole

I have an 04 Cayenne S.  I recently noticed a massive amount of fluid coming out from underneath.  Upon closer inspection it was both coolant and oil.  I rolled under and removed the belly pans and saw a hole in the oil pan right above where one of the screws to hold the cover in place would be.  Almost as if the screw were too long and had either rubbed a hole in the pan or maybe encountered some road debris that punched it up through the pan.  Has anyone encountered this?  I still have not been able to determine where the coolant leak is, but it is rather large as well, I can't tell if it may be the coolant pipes on top of the motor or not.  The vehicle has just over 100k miles.  Any help much appreciated.

I would expect you have two separate issues firstly Coolant pipe under manifold or the plastic T pipe on the rear area leaking which you notice now by discovering the oil leak where the sump guard cover screw punctured through your sump probably by an impact or rubbing I guess is possible but more unlikely.

Either way a pita.

I would swap out the sump and have a good clean up to see if Coolant is leaking and from where. If top Coolant pipes they can cause starter motor problems to be wary of.
