Durametric Code Question

got the attached codes tonight. The CEL came on today and I assume that its the first engine running lean code. But what does it tell me?

Also on the other codes, it shows errors, but there is no additional information that further explains the issues. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

P0171 -- Lambda control adaptation bank X: system too lean

 

Possible fault causes

• Incorrect main filling signal from hot-film mass air flow sensor

(setpoint voltage with stopped engine and ignition on = 0.9 ... 1.1 V ~ see Actual values, Filter >MAF<, >Mass air flow 1 (sensor)<+ >Mass air flow 2 (sensor)< )

• Oil filler cap leaking

• Crankcase ventilation leak

• Intake system leaks

• Mechanical fault of tank vent (stuck open)

• Tank vent driver fault

• Leak in exhaust system

• Mechanical fault of fuel injector(s)

• Wrong fuel high-pressure signal

• Timing incorrectly adjusted

 

The most frequent causes of faults are leaks (secondary air) between the throttle and intake valves or at the engine ventilation.
