Hi all. It's me with another dumb insignificant question. The front plate on the cup holder on my 2003 996 cab popped off. After a thorough search of the car, I can only surmise that it flew out the window. Anyone know where I might find a replacement? Thank you for your tolerance.

Perhaps it was stolen?

I couldn't find just the face plate.

Part #12 in Diagram below:

Replacement Part 996.552.183.02.01C - Satin Black - List price $387.50

Check with the good folks and also a Board Sponsor -  Sunset Porsche in Portland, Oregon

I need the part you see when the cupholder is closed. It has a little cup emblem on it. I just don't want to blow big bucks to replace the entire cupholder if it is possible to get a replacement faceplate. Thank you all. A used one would be just fine as long as it is black and in good shape.

What you see is what Porsche offers for replacement parts.

If you give me an item number I can look it up for you and give you an approximate price.

If the part is not shown then you must buy the assembly instead or find the part at a salvage yard.

Any recommendations on an online salvage yard that might have the cover plate I need? Thanks for all your help so far.

Same problem - I think on my 2003 911 its P/N 99655218300

My question is - does anybody know how to replace the cupholder?  is it easy?

Thanks,

- Ed
