European part number help Black PDLS bi-xenon

I am looking at buying a set of the black bi-xenon PDLS lights for my 2012 Cayenne S. I already have bi-xenon PDLS so this is purely a cosmetic change for me. I found a set at a store in Germany, they are the non turbo version I want (without those 4 leds) and they list part numbers 95863128301 & 95863128201. Those appear to be European Porsche part numbers when I do a search, but some stores in America seem to sell them too yet others do not have them listed. My question is will these work on my USA Cayenne S? Thanks.

Fits 2011-2016 Cayenne.

My fear is I will hook them up and my computer not recognize them or give me a code because they came out of a European Cayenne. Maybe it does not matter but I thought someone might.
