Water leaks where top meets with front and side windows

Hello Everyone,

Edit: the car is 2005 Boxster, 2.7 manual.

Recently I noticed that the driver side carpet (right where I live) is wet after a rain. After eliminating several possible explanations I learned, that the water leaks from the point where soft top, windscreen and side window come together. I have made few photos from the both sides to check for the differences.

I have noticed, that the rubber tooth-like seal on the roof, which goes into the cavity of the same shape on the windscreen, is bent on the side, where leak is:

Also, soft rubber seal on the windscreen on the side with the leak is a bit deformed:

But I suspect, that the real cause is that the flocked rubber seal, which the side window goes into, came apart from the roof frame (I marked it on the photo because it is extremely hard to take a good picture of):

On the passenger side, where there's no leak, the same seal is completely flush with the frame.

Could you please suggest a way to fix the problem or a better explanation?

And you're sure your AC condensation line is clear? And your top drain holes are also clear and draining??

Yes, I have checked the drains and they are fine.

Anyway, there are no reasons to doubt the water comes though that specific corner as I have personally seen that.

I doubt it's repairable. Quite pricey, but not that hard to replace: Link to copyrighted materials - removed

My only problem may be to properly adjust it.
