Help.. Installing a PCM 1 without the Nav Driver, No power

I am attempting to install a PCM 1 into my 2001 Boxster S without using the navigation disk driver.  My car originally came with a single din CDR-220.  When plugged in the PCM doesn't power up.  The unit is good and when the single din unit is plugged in it powers up fine.  I am guessing that the navigation disk driver has to be used to supply power to the PCM.  I don't have the cables or harness for the nav driver and I don't want the or need the navigation function on the unit.

 

If anyone know a work around I would appreciate it.

I should power up without the navigation drive connected.  The CDR-220 and PCM1 use the same connections to the power plug (black plug, A):

Thanks.  The problem is there are some changes on the plugs.  On plug A wire 7 is free on the PCM and power on the CDR.
