2004 Cayenne S. I have a CD that won't eject, I got the PCM out of the vehicle without any problem , thank you to the forums for that! Now how do I get the CD out of the PCM??

Posted

finally figured it out, 2 small  screws on top of the unit, and then another 4 small screws that hold the cd unit to the cover. I had put a cd in while the nav cd was in there. So I had 2 cds in there. Pulled them out with some finagling. Put everything back in, but now the nav cd is unreadable because I scratched it. Now I need a nav Cd for the East.

See if you can read the CD on a PC. If you can read it, copy it to a CD-R (burning as slow as possible), and use the copy in the PCM.

Thanks for responding, finally got around to trying to copy it, but was unreadable on the PC too.
