My transmission had been playing up ever since I bought the car 1 year ago. Initially, it would slip when I accelerate out of a corner. Then it started to slip all the time in every gear (more prominent in 2nd). A good mechanic eventually found that the tip fluid was some 3L low, and topped it up. The car drove fantastic for about 3 weeks. Now, the initial symptoms of slipping when accelerating out of a corner has returned.

I noticed that when I park my car nose down, there will be oil patches on the floor. They are in the middle of the car, around where the engine and transmission sits. I am still uncertain whether this oil leak only occurs when nose down, or it leaks all the time and just sits in a pan somewhere and tips out when the car is parked nose down.

I have taken a few photos. Where the arrow points is where I have seen oil drops condensing and dripping. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
