Hello, I am in need of smogging my cayenne in order to register it and my check engine light just came on. The code I'm getting is P0030. After looking around most say it's the O2 sensor on the passenger side before the cat. I have 2 questions. Is this true? And does anyone know of detail instructions to replace it? Thanks in advance!

P0030 Oxygen Sensor Heating Output Stage Ahead of TWC, Bank 1 – Open Circuit

Possible fault cause
- Break in wiring in voltage supply of oxygen sensor heating
- Break in wiring in connection to ground of oxygen sensor heating
-  Fuse FE17 faulty (fuse carrier in E-box, radiator tank)
- Oxygen sensor faulty (heating resistance too high)
- DME control module faulty

Start by checking fuse FE17 (E-box, radiator tank)

It will be bank 1 sensor in front of the cat (engine side).

There are diagrams of where bank 1 is here.

You will need an O2 sensor socket (with the slot for the wire) to remove an replace it. Do not get oil or lubricate anywhere near the sensor.
