Adding strobe module to my third brake light

Need Help again , working on my02 cab, won't to add strobe module to my third brake light, Do I need to add two modules one for each ,or can I just add one to the main third brake light wires ? I have been searching for the diagram. and the location of the main wires . Thanks for all the help.

Just be aware that aftermarket strobe lights are illegal on non emergency vehicles in many states, and ticket bait in many others.

Make sure it conforms to California Vehicle Code:

 

25251.5.    (a) Any motor vehicle may also be equipped with a system
in which an amber light is center mounted on the rear of a vehicle to
communicate a component of deceleration of the vehicle, and which
light pulses in a controlled fashion at a rate which varies
exponentially with a component of deceleration.
     (b) Any motor vehicle may be equipped with two amber lamps on the
rear of the vehicle which operate simultaneously with not more than
four flashes within four seconds after the accelerator pedal is in
the deceleration position and which are not lighted at any other
time. The lamps shall be mounted at the same height, with one lamp
located on each side of the vertical centerline of the vehicle, not
higher than the bottom of the rear window, or if the vehicle has no
rear window, not higher than 60 inches. The light output from each of
the lamps shall not exceed 200 candlepower at any angle horizontal
or above. The amber lamps may be used either separately or in
combination with another lamp.
     (c) Any stoplamp or supplemental stoplamp required or permitted by
Section 24603 may be equipped so as to flash not more than four
times within the first four seconds after actuation by application of
the brakes.

But you might want an "off" switch in if you venture out of California.

While the Europeans are more open on this subject, the state laws here on blinking lights are kind of all over the place on this; some limit the color of the lights that can blink (often amber), the location of the flashing lights on the vehicles, others the rate and/or number of total flashes allowed to flash, and many only allow changes in illumination levels (the light can get brighter or dimmer, but not totally go out between pluses).  I am aware of one owner that put small blue LED valve stem cap lights on his wheels (no, I have no idea why) and got a ticket for having moving lights on a non emergency vehicle, which he fought and subsequently lost in court.  Flashing lights on passenger cars are somewhat like Forest Gump's box of chocolates..........

I notice it states amber and not the red third stop light can be pulsed.  Can the third brake light (RED) be replaces with an amber lens and still conform to state laws?

I believe the Federal standards for tail lights are red for brakes, amber for turn signals.

Mount Infar red strobe lights to the front to active the traffic signals to turn them to green.  being Infar red no one sees them, Monitor your emergency equipment strobes with a video camera to find the flash rate to active them.

eons ago I was on 3M,s OPTOCOM traffic control system and we used Infar red to switch the signal lights to green, using the strobe lights on the emergency units

I realize that these systems exist for the benefit of emergency vehicles, but I would not want to be around when the local constabulary catches a private passenger car messing with the traffic lights.......

Thanks for all the responds , The module is installed and it only took very short time , I installed it on the upper light do to city driving , No resistor was needed and the cruise control works flawlessly , After installation drove the car to city Police Department and asked to speak  to officer on duty, to find out if it's going to be problem . after he looked at it he brought out his Sargent who was 2005 997.1 owner to find out where I bought the module because he wont one to install on his car. I was assured it was legal and few of the new cars already have that feature.
