Last weekend, I repaired my defective backlight by exchanging the CCFL tube of the PCM1 for a LED strip which works quite well and cost hardly anything. After that I hooked everything up again and input the PCM and NAvi codes into the module. The issue that I now encounter is that the system does not recognise the CD changer anymore neither the radio tuning part is working : I tried to autostore the FM channels, it displays : In progress, for a split second but nothing is happening, Also when the manual search function is applied no frequencies are displayed onto the screen. The navigation system is working fine, (but without sound) also Airco staus and consumption etc are working fine.

The CD changer itself does not respond if I want to eject the CD's holder.

Before replacing the CCFL module everything was working fine.

Do you have any clue what it could be, it must be something stupid?

2nd question

Is their a micro switch in the car that detect the removal of the PCM1 module?

Problem

solved:

It was fuse D9 (audio system)
