I have oil dripping from bottom of filter housing. Replaced the filter 500 miles ago and it just started. Filter housing is on tight. Is there anything above the housing that would be leaking? Advise appreciated - thx

Stock filter housing ? Could be a hair line crack in the plastic

+1, a very common problem with these plastic housings. You may also have either a bad, pinched, or misaligned top O-ring seal as well.

Part # 99610702055 is the plastic housing, filter and o-ring. Only $25-$30, so a no-brainer.

Plus when you replace the housing, you get a new by-pass valve.
