Clicking at idle

i just changed my water pump tonight and when I started the car i heard clicking from both sides of the engine. It has been sitting for a month or so, I have started over the month but it was only to move it a few feet. can it be that is needs some highway miles or can it be something bigger?

Your tensioners could have bled down while the car was sitting. If it does not clear up, it bears further investigation..........

I drove it to work this morning and I think it's OK now. I think it needed some RPMs. I will see again when I get home tonight. I hope it's OK.
