I just had my 'car aligned and they said the right front adjustment was maxed out and it's still at -0.6 deg. (36')

...forgot to add spec is -0.3 to +0.3

Left was adjustable to -0.2 deg. so it's w/in spec.

Is this an issue and if so is there a recommended method of fixing it?

I would say something is likely bent. My money would be on a bent strut, ever hit anything with that corner? -.6 is a good bit of camber but not crazy though you'll probably notice inside edge tire wear on that corner. How does the car drive after the alignment? If it were my car and it drove OK and you don't notice any pulling I might ride it out and keep on top of checking the wear. If you do see accelerated wear then you'll have to pull the stuff apart and inspect for bent or worn out parts.

I had this with my 996 Turbo. I wanted to run the front camber at the minimum negative setting (ie most upright, but within specs). I took it to a specialist suspension guy (Center Gravity) and he said he gets this a lot. He filed out the slots a little in order to achieve the setting I wanted. In my case, the right hand strut could be adjusted without elongating the slots, but the left hand slots needed elongating by about 3mm.

The car follows road imperfections sometimes, but overall it's unnoticeable. If I notice wear on that side I may try the hole elongation.
