I was just doing my New Year Air Filters change and I just noticed/realized (for the first time) that it mentioned disconnecting the "air line on the right air cleaner cover"

For the life of me I never saw or remembered having to disconnect or have seen this "Air Line" on my vehicle...

I have done some research and it looks like this line is only for those of have "Air Ride Suspension?"

I just want to confirm as I DO NOT have "Air Ride" on my 2004 Cayenne S and don't see the line for the life of me.. I do see a place to attach it on the back side of the filter cover but it looks like it was plugged/terminated with a plastic "stopper"

Happy New Year to All...

Yeah if your car doesn't have air suspension then you don't have the line. What you are seeing is all correct.

Exactly. The airline is for the air intake to the Air Suspension compressor so it gets clean filtered air. So no Air Suspension, no air line to the right side air cleaner.
