So i've been ordering my filters through suncoast porsche for a long time now, but i figured i would take a chance on one of my amazon orders. Here are some comparison shots:

The short of it....looks like Mahle is one of the OEM suppliers of this filter. In case anyone was looking to save a few bucks. I change mine every 5-10k so i buy several a year. for 13 bucks and change.

Mahle and Mann are two of the largest suppliers to all of the German Auto makers of Filters, Air & Oil. Sometimes you will even find the Mann or Mahle part # on the porsche part depending on the production lot.
