I don't have a dash light on when my spoiler is up, come to think of it I don't have a specific light on the dash that tells me my lights are on either other than the speedo, tach, ect. Light up.

Do I have bulbs burnt out ('04 C2)?

Not sure about all the time, but you can reach down and raise it with the switch before heading out, it will stay up unless you do get above 75 mph then slow down and cycle it closed again.

Maybe disconnecting the grey/pink speed signal wire from the spoiler relay might work? If it does, you could operate it manually from the switch, and you would still get the warning light if you forget when you go above 70mph. You could also put a spoiler switch on the dash to make it easier to operate.

I believe there is a DIY on adding a switch to one of the blank switch positions in the center console and wiring it under the dash and carpet to the switch next to the dead pedal area. Relatively simple if electronically inclined. If not Rennspec then I saw it on one of the other forums.....6speedonline. This does not automatically raise it but a flip of the switch does.......Not sure I would want it up all the time IMHO because if you park it and leave car anyone can damage it by leaning on it hard ....worse yet vandalism.

Personally while the spoiler has a definite function, I never thought it was attractive look when it is in the raised position, it spoils the nice lines of the car... I had other reasons for removing it. I blended the grill to the deck lid and added the small spoiler.

If anyone needs the articulating parts for the spoiler please contact me.
