I have a 2004 996TT. It has been suggested that I replace the stock diverter valve with a billet diverter valve. I'm sure there are steps to do this posted somewhere, but I have failed to find them. Instructions would be helpful (or is this not a DIY item?). Thanks.

Stephen at ImagineAuto posted instructions on his site. ImagineAuto Click on the "how to's/tips" and then on "BOV install"

It's a tight job but not too difficult. Good luck :D

AWE Tuning also has a pdf on the bailey's DV install AWE Tuning

Click on "Bailey DV30 install" then choose the bottom "instructions" link

Thanks Dr. T. I knew someone had put the instructions together somewhere.

Anyone know a Porsche mechanic in the metro Denver area?

Why do you want to change it? If you have done other engine mods then ok. If not and it is working fine then I would not change it while the car is under warranty.
