2006 TT and when playing with my Durametric, found that one bank is reading 0.6V output on the o2 sensor and the other bank is reading 0.06V. This is on a warm motor at idle after a long drive. I understand that the voltage fluctuates according to fuel mixture but a fairly stable 10:1 ratio between the banks seems odd. Can anybody comment on what readings they have and if this is normal?

which o2 sensors are you referring to? the pre-cat or the post-cat? the pre-cat sensors should oscillate ...... the post-cat sensors should remain much more stable

Also be sure the O2 option you selected on Durametric is functioning for you vehicle, there are many displayed options on Durametric that only apply to some models.

post cat is a seperate parameter and the Durametric (V6) describes these as just left bank and right bank so I guess they are pre-cat. the 0.6V reading fluctuates slightly but the 0.06 reading is static which is what drew my attantion to it. I might just swap them all out as my car is close to 100,000 miles. Are they all accessible from under the vehicle?

There are 4 o2 sensors on the US vehicles. 2 precats (1 left bank, 1 right bank), 2 postcats (1 left bank, 1 right bank). You would want to be sure you're looking at the correct parameters and that they apply to your vehicle as wvicary stated. But if these were failing they should be throwing a CEL. 100K is probably about the life of an o2 senor on average, but if the computer isn't throwing an error I'm not sure I would be overly concerned with it. The sensors aren't cheap.................
