Hello all. I've read various threads regarding installation of a PSE switch. I've procured the switch, fit it into the ashtray area nicely and am ready to tap into the PSE power wire to 'interupt' it. This is where my problem lies...

In all the DIY's they mention two PSE wires (power/ground) leading from the rear ECU's back into the plug in the engine compartment. When I remove the rear carpet and flip over the passenger side ECU, I don't see PSE specific wires heading back towards the engine compartment. All that is there is a giant wire bundle (40+ wires) in that area, making it very difficult to determine which red/purple wire is the PSE power. In fact, I think I saw more than one red/purple wire in that bundle.

The only thing I can think of is my PSE was factory installed so perhaps they incorporated the PSE wiring into the main bundle? All the folks who have located the PSE wires separately from this bundle, maybe their systems were dealer installed or somewhere else after the fact.

I was just hoping someone might be able to assist in helping me track down that PSE power wire so I can finish the job.

Cheers,

Andrew

Loren you are a savior as always!

Struggling a bit to determine what I'm looking for unfortunately in that diagram.

If I'm understanding correctly, I am looking for pin 18 (red/blue wire) where that large wiring loom originates in the rear? I was trying to follow the path back from the 'Valve Sport Exhaust System' on the diagram but I don't really understand the difference between .XLF or Coupe+997+XLF.
