Hi all . Yesterday checked my cam shaft angels with durametric and notist cam position Bank 2 is 0(zero). engine runs weak and rough idle .

Desided to check cam position sensor bank 2 out and change it , i know its fit on passanger side toward rear bumper . Loosen the coolant hose and to my suprise there is no sensor on cylinderhead , no hole hor sensor or bolt ..hmm.. all day to day looking for sensor and can not find it . cant find wireharness to sensor .

Is it possible there engine/ cylinderhead without sensor , only on bank 1 (driversde) towards backseat ?

See pic Bank2

Former ROW Europe have only one sensor, it is also not possible with a PIWIS some info to get that matter. I do not know exactly what you want to achieve but if you want to inspect the timing, will need to check the variocam system particulary the solenoid in first place. If the solenoide is properly working rest still the basic timing cranckshaft possition versus camshafts. Special tools are needed to do it right. There is further info available on this forum, use the search button on top of the page.
