Are 996 TT 99337504909 and 996 NA 99337504908 motor mounts the same?

Looking for stiffer mounts but not sure want to deal with increased vibration from WEVO or Porsche RS mounts.

Thanks

996TT motor mounts were 993-375-049-07 - they were replaced by 993-375-049-09.

993-375-049-08 is no longer listed in the parts list and the price list does not show a replacement number.

Would 993-375-049-09 also fit a 2004 C4S?

Thanks

996 C4S is a completely different engine than the 996TT.

993-375-049-08 is the correct engine mount for the M96 engine used in the 996 C4S.

Confused. So why do they list 2 seperate mounts one for 996 N/A and one for 996 TT?

I am looking for a firmer mount without having to go WEVO, GT3RS or solid.

Any ideas?

996 normally aspirated is a completely different engine than the 996TT.

There is an interesting thread on Rennlist about this topic, titled: " Changing out those old motor mounts well worth it ... " in the 996 forum. The TT engine mount will fit a non-TT PCar and the last time I read the thread, the question was: Is the TT mount more rigid than the non-TT mount? Nobody had the courage of dissecting one yet, I believe. Some posters believed that there were no difference and that it was basically the same mount. My 2 Cdn cents!
