hi all - just researching for future as one day we plan on having a panamera...

what is the feasability / possibility of a larger dog riding in the back of a panamera with the seats folded down? How about with one seat down and one up so mom, dad, human kid and fur kid can ride along.

Thanks in advance

I had the same concerns before ordering a 2013 Panamera 4, so I took one of our large (120 lbs) male German shepherds with me to the dealership prior to purchase. They were most gracious about the "tryout" and can report that the Panamera 4 fits one GSD comfortably with the back seats up, two male GSDs with the seats down. Of course, their ears will touch the top of the car, but they don't complain because they like to ride in it.

I had an upholstery shop make a seat cover out of "Sunbrella" out door furniture upholstery fabric. I made a pattern out of light canvas with pockets (filled with 13"x2" pvc foam core) that fit between seats and console and a "tadpole" shaped extension that fits between the seat back and the seat. It stays in place, matches the gray interior, covers the console and easy to remove and clean. It cost me about 300.00.
