Has anyone had any experience using these from Pelican Parts? I have heard controversy over replacing "just" the liquid filled mount ($60) and having to remove the 12mm main hex nut vs the entire mount/bracket assy ($300+). Thanks in advance...

I think he is refering to the OEM manual's recommendation that you should not remove the mount from the bracket as that could damage the mount:

Some have commented that they have done what the manual recommends against, others remain more circumspect, or simply buy the OEM replacement with the bracket already attached.

Used them, no problem. Use common sense and a bench vise to R&R the mount from the bracket. Absolutely no reason Porsche expects you to pay for new brackets other than parts inventory costs. Shame on them for not going green!

19mm 6 point socket fits the nut they used.. like he said..bench vise and have at it :) I've lliterally removed 100's while installing the WEVO semi solid mounts.
