PCM - No radio frequencies and presets

Hello.

I just got a porsche 996 2000 carrera 2, and the radio shows no frequencies or presets, here are some pictures:

In the first pic, it says "no card", I don't know if its refering to a sim card, or if these radios need a card..

Also, the cd changer doesn't open when I press eject, I don't know if it's related...

Please help me out.

I have the same problem with my "2001 996 c2" ... when I press audio ... no sound, no preselections, no frequency, .... same image on my screen as what you have! have you solved the problem in the meanwhile ?
