Does anyone have a tutorial or the instructions for removing the front sway bar? Right now I am doing the front of the M030 kit, however the instructions I am using only show the spring/shock assembly. TIA.

Have you checked the TSBs? Not sure there is one but it's worht checking out.

This is from memory, so use with a grain of salt, but I've done it a few times: Jack up the front of the car (both sides). Remove wheels. Undo the nuts of the endlinks to the bar. Remove 6 clips and 4 nuts for the plastic underbody tray. There is a boomerang shaped metal plate connecting the lower control arm ball joints. I believe you can remove the other 2 bolts and just loosen the middle one and pivot the boomerang so that the bar will drop down and clear it. There are 2 bolts for each swaybar mounting bushing. Remove, reassemble. Pretty straightforward--to me anyway.

Well, I got the bar removed and replaced, now I just need to find the torque values for all of the bolts for the diagonal braces and bolts on the wheel carrier's to the body part that has 2 for the sway bar bushings on each side and then one for the diagonal brace on the carrier, and then 2 on each end fore and aft.
