I was driving at about 20 miles an hour when it made a loud bang ( I first thought that I was rear ended, but I wasn't) and I then lost power to the wheels. The still starts and runs fine (motor is fine), but I'm thinking I may have blown 1 of the following: clutch, drive shaft or rear end. When I put it in gear after breakdown the car wouldn't move in any gear. Im bringing it to the dealer on Monday, but the suspense is killing me and I'd like to have some idea before then at the repair bill that I'll be facing. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

I had the exact same issue with the same symptoms . I had the loud bang pulling away from the traffic lights, engine ran, clutch worked in out of the gears but no drive. It turned out my axel bolts worked lose on the drivers side ( it was my fault I never tightened them up after replacing my wheel baring) as I don't have LSD, the car would not move. A quick fix and no damage. It taught me to double check everything in future. Hopefully it's a simple fix for you, good luck
