Anybody knows who makes this exact tool and where I can get it? It looks better than most spring compressors I've seen. It's from the DIY for the ROW M030. Thanks

That looks like the Snap-On MSC-1 to me. It is an excellent choice because it has broad contact points and less likely for the spring to slip.

I think it is black now though rather than the original silver in color.

Autozone let's you loan tools free of charge; I think for about 1 month at a time. I loaned a set of these once and they worked well:

Like Ahsai's note above, I got my set from Sears... a bit more than $40 but looks just like the snap on tool and worked fine on both front and rear springs...
