I have a 2004 turbo and was wondering if anyone could describe what a throttle body issue would present itself with. I am getting issues with accerleration in low rpms (2000-3500) with greater than about 30-40% throttle and when it reaches higher rpms, no problem. My idle is fine. Could it be a dirty throttle body. I have an EVOM tune and I notice that the boost comes on pretty quick at low rpms and I am wondering if the surging and stuttering I am getting a low rpms is related to boost coming on too quick. Could I see this issue with a bad boost pressure sensor? I am unfortunately not getting any CEL's. Given our vehicles have two sets of everything (turbo, intake, diverter) is it ever possible to determine if one turbo for instance is failing. Are the CEL codes specific for side if they come up or is there no way to tell, for instance if one of my diverter valves is not working properly causing the two turbos to respond differently. Thanks.

Your coils most likely need to be replaced, see if you can get a code reader like durametric to isolate which ones. change the plugs also since they get damaged

I have already replaced all my coils and plugs with the most updated ones. I am going to try and clean the throttle body to see if that helps. I have no codes on durametric.

I actual just made some progress with my problem but hoping for some imput from the forum. Has anyone ever had to replace their throttle body or boost sensor on a cayenne turbo. I just recently cleaned the throttle body and noticed a dramatic improvement in the problem. I also did the throttle adaptation after cleaning. My issue is coming back again and I tried the throttle adaptation again which gives me some improvement. I did notice when cleaning the throttle body that its resting position was not perfectly at 90 degrees and it had a very slight angle to it. Could my throttle body need to be replaced or do they all have a very subtle angle at its resting position. My other question is if a bad boost sensor could cause these problems and I also cleaned that as well. Thanks.
