P0032 error code

Hey everyone, I plugged in my Durametric and I am getting the following error code. P0032

HO2S heater control circuit bank 2 sensor 1-no signal/communication, test conditions are not completed, fault is currently active and causing a etc light.

How do I track down what's causing it and fix?

P0032 H02S Heater Control Circuit High

Possible cause of fault

- Short circuit to B+ in triggering wire

1. Check oxygen sensor heating connection ahead of catalytic converter, bank 1

- Disconnect oxygen sensor plug

- Check resistance between pins 3 and 4 towards the oxygen sensor

2.5 ohms to 4.0 ohms 20°C -- if not replace teh sensor

- Check resistance between pin 4 and the oxygen sensor casing

- Check resistance between pin 1 and pin 4

- Check resistance between pin 2 and pin 4

- Check resistance between pin 5 and pin 4

- Check resistance between pin 6 and pin 4

infinite ohms -- if not replace the sensor

2. Check the wiring

- Switch on the ignition

- Measure voltage between pin 4 and vehicle ground towards DME control module

if not 0 volts - repair the wiring.

Thanks Loren as always! Just a quick question because I haven't looked yet and I couldn't find 24 69 19 (Removing and Installing Oxygen Sensor) in my manual. I have been trying to find it and its not in the exhaust section. I believe the connector is is on the passenger side left/under the air pump but the actual sensor can it be reached on top or does it have to be removed from under?
