engine restore do or dont?

Restore has several products. What product are you considering? Why? What problem(s) are you trying to resolve with your Porsche?

If you are asking about a fuel system cleaner, make sure you do this treatment PRIOR to your oil change procedure. I use the Chevron with Techron prior to my yearly oil changes, just before winter hibernation.

I want to use "Engine Restorer and lube" to add in my oil. I know the cylinders are made of some zinc coating and was wondering if it will hurt it or improve it. I'm a daily driver with my 05 cayenne turbo, winter and summer.

Don't do it. Use a high quality synthetic Porsche approved oil and OEM filters. Change it yearly or every 5-7,000 miles. If you want to learn more about how the oil is working in your truck, send a sample to places like Blackstone Labs, and start to chart and collect UOA data.
