Hi ,

I have a 2002 996 Carrera , and as of late I have got a few scratches /wear marks on my seal grey interior. I was surprised to find out, they paint a lot of the plastic interior stuff,as it's all black underneath. I figured a high end vehicle like Porsche would have injected the color throughout, but alas, it is painted over. Hence does anyone know where I can get some "seal grey" interior touch up paint ? Thanks Dave.

Are you sure the interior is Seal Grey?

Factory grey colors for MY2002 were Space Grey, Graphite Grey, and Dark Grey.

Could the interior have been painted by an after market company like BumperPlugs.com?

Just got out my original window sticker Loren. Its a 2002 911/996 regular Carrera 2. The paint was Seal grey (a $825.00 option, don't know why that is ? ) Then it says Graphite Grey partial leather (so thats the seats) I assume thats the interior paint as well on the console and some of the dash, so I guess it is Graphite grey, but where does one get the touch up paint at ? Also, I noticed on my window sticker there is a option called "Technic Package" for $1,960.00 does anyone know what that is ?(I bought it used with 9k on the clock) Thanks a lot Dave.

Perhaps Bumperplugs.com can match it - talk to Eric there.

Porsche has never sold interior touch up paint to my knowledge.

Thanks Loren !
