tiptronic problem

Hi! 2005 cayenne turbo. when I take the traction off and set the shifter to manuel, the shifter will not shift into third gear. it works fine with the steering buttons. I dont have diametric yet to see if i have any codes.

I had forgot to mention that when I pulled the wooden center plate off, I caught the side of the shifter plate below the shifter handle and pulled up by accident and noticed a small electronic board under it that I hope I didnt crack. _:jump:

You need to inspect that circuit board and that the magnets are in the correct locations.

it seems like everything is intact. it can shift up once in a great while but I have to still use my tiptronic shifter to shift past second gear.
