I just purchased a 2004 Cayenne Turbo and noticed water coming out from the driver/passenger floors. I did some searching here and found it might a clog in the AC line so Ii had someone clean it out. Within a few days it started to happen again. Does anyone know if there's an aftermarket part that can replace the existing parts that's causing this to happen so you dont have to clean the ac lines every so often.

There front cowl drain also that could be plugged, they are located in the same area that holds the brake master cylinder. So they cleaned the drain for the climate control air box near the cabin filter?

I'm not sure which area was cleaned but I was wondering if there was a way to fix or replace the parts so it doesn't happen again.

i had the same wet passenger floor problem before. I eventually found that the drain tube under the glove box was blocked.

I used a wire to eliminate the blockage, after that the problem was fixed.

the wire can be inserted at the junction between the funnel and the tube.

Bringing this thread back to life:  I'm currently experiencing very wet driver/passenger floors with my 08 CTT. I am going to suspect it's an AC draining issue but wanted to add a story:  when the AC is on or not and I'm driving down one of those curved freeway onramps,  there is a stream of water that just pours out on my accelerator foot from the center console, as I'm taking the right hand turn.  This just cannot be normal.

Today, I noticed that both driver and passenger floors (under the mats) are soaked.  I did take a 175 mile trip yesterday with the AC on but didn't take a lot of onramps....

Also, can anyone exactly point where the drain plugs are actually located? Can anyone post a picture or diagram?  Does the car need to be up on a rack to reach them?

My CTT is kept in a garage and I'm trying to understand if plugged drain lines are actually a problem.  (I actually had my dealer do it about 1 1/2 years ago.)
