Today was the day that I was finally able to get these wheels together. It was a long process, partly due to my schedule. Anyways, purchased them used in silver. Had the paint stripped, then an aluminum oxide blast to give it some texture, then a brite dip and anodize. While I was at it, I had the anodizer blast the barrels and paint them black to help hide brake dust. I spent the last day and a half polishing the lips and reassembling the wheels and today wheeled them over to my tire guy to shod them with some rubber. Managed to toss them on the car this afternoon. IMO, looks perfect!

Now off to GMG to get it dialed in.

Enjoy the pics and thanks for taking the time to view this thread.

Thanks for the compliments. I didn't have a scale and didnt' get a chance to weigh them but I can say that they were very light when I picked them up and reassembled them.

Raudi,

How'd you choose the BBS wheels? I'm looking for a set of track wheels for my 2007 GT3. Found some reasonably priced single piece BBS wheels on EBay. Not sure of the other options and pros/cons (besides weight which most wheels don't list anyway). Thanks in advance for the help.  BTW, I'm in Orange County, CA. Sounds like you may be local as well.
