Low/No boost after replace actuator rods - "electric actuator b2 s

Hi,

I just did the SACH 2.5 clutch upgrade together with the replacing the actuator rods on my 2007 997TT. Prior to the work, sometimes under hard throttle, noticeably in 2nd or 3rd gear, above 4000rpm, the car seems like it is loosing power (even though it is boosting fully). Most people suggested me to replace the actuator arms/rods because they may be stiff due to corrossion, so I did.

After changing the clutch and actuator rods, it was running nice again. After a few short test drives, the car feels right and the boost kicks hard. However, once I hit the freeway the car loss power. The boost then was limited to 0.5-0.6bars max and fluctuates steadily under high throttle in high gear. The car decided to lose power suddenly once I hit the freeway as if the actuator is stuck. At first I also thought that it was (again) the intercooler pipe, but it was not.

Here are the errors that the PIWIS read on my car:

1.) "Boost pressure electric actuator b2 stiff"

2.) "Air mass ahead of throttle valves"

Another one was also something about 'faulr actuators' or so. I tried the "Adaption of boost pressure actually" in the PIWIS and it FAILED. It states that there is a fault and could not proceed on with the adaption process. I also thought maybe one of my turbos are dead, but after I parked the car for a while and restarted it, it seemed like the boost came back, and when I hit the freeway once again, the boost goes back to its 0.5-0.6bars routine.

I am pretty much stuck. Please let me know where I should look into.

In another thread on another forum, the OP was getting code faults P5612 and P9510. The consensus of opinion was to check the turbo vanes for proper lubrication and had the car been checked for the vane lube recall issued by Porsche.

I had same problem, just check that the rod didn't pop off that bottom pivot on the right side (b2). I got same error code on b1, and sure enough that rod was just hanging there. havent figure out yet how to make sure it doesn't happen again. but with over boost situation, the car will cut throttle in the higher RPMs. Yet make it look like you have PSI
