I see water in the oil cap every day

Temperature rises up to 94 when driving a long trip like 30 mins

Cleaned the radiator and chanhed oil separator

There is no oil sign in the cooling system or oil gauge

I live in a warm area

What is the cause of abnormal high temperature and What is the reason of water in the oil cap every day?

I had an issue like this when my oil refill tube was cracked and some wather was going inside it when I washed the car, are you talking in Celsius or Fahrenheit degree? Anyway just try to change your oil, maybe it has been contaminated by water before by the bad AOS...

94F or 200F is about normal operating temp for this car, nothing to worry about there.

As for the water (prob yellow substance on your filler cap), try to clean it really well, then take it for a good drive, once the engine is warm, keep the RPMs between 3500 and 4500 (or short bursts above). See if it comes back by following that procedure (and try to follow that driving behavior going forward).

Check both cooling fans. There is a low speed and high speed setting on each fan depending on water temperature and if the air conditioning is on (High speed)

Did you clean the radiators like this?

Is it possible that the engine oil cooler cause water in oil cap ?

as i said Cleaned the radiator and chanhed oil separator also i changed oil w filter mobile 1 0-40

Your temp is normal, 94C is certainly not hot for this engine.

As for the water in the oil., it is very rare if not extremely rare for water to show up in the oil because of a failure. In almost all cases assuming a cracked cylinder head or failed oil cooler, the oil will show up in the coolant (due to pressure differential).

If you are not seeing oil in the coolant, then you should look at the previous posts and read other posts with very similar question to yours..

Eitther you have moisture leaking in from a faulty oil filler tube, or you aren't getting the engine hot enough and driving it long enough to burn off the excess water vapor in the crankcase. Try to clean the oil filler cap, take it for a good drive and monitor to see if it comes back.

If you want to be certain you don't have a crack in the cylinder, just pull the spark plugs and inspect the condition, if you see clean pistons or cylinder you know that is the problem, however chances are this is not the case based on your description.

97C water temp is still not very hot, especially if it is 46C outside.

Also, how are you reading that temperature? The temp gauge is not very accurate.

Head gaskets do not fail on these cars, they are made of multi layer steel which is much stronger than the aluminium block and head. In 6 years + of monitoring this and other Porsche forums, I have not read of any head gasket failure on the 996, except for one where the head gasket was installed improperly with a small chip of debris left behind, creating a cavity. The most common cause for intermix are oil coolers, head cracks, or cyliner failures.

It is common on these cars for moisture to form on the oil filler cap and it doesn't many anything is terribly wrong.

What does the coolant look like?

Oil coolers can sometimes fail, but you will almost always see oil in the coolant.

Heads can form cracks which will also cause oil in the coolant.

reading by Needle temperature and clean coolant no sign of oil

Just came from the garage I saw a few mixture of oil and water comes out from the engine

tomorrow i will know the main reason for this mixture

I can not stop thinking about this problem because

I'm concerned that the cost be too expensive

i hope its just cylinder rubber or headgasket
