Recently my "Perfect" shape cab top started coming out of the channel on both sides. I put it in half up position and can get it back in the channel.

That was not a big deal but this morning with the top up on the drivers side top of the roof I see it is now scuffed up like something inside the mechanism rubbed against it while opening.

Has anyone else experienced this? Needless to say I am not happy as the top was perfect before this.

Thanks in Advance.

I have attached a pic of what the damage looks like. I know it does not look like much but the top was mint a month ago when I bought the car. I am leaning towards animal damage since it appears that this portion of the top is still exposed when top is stowed.

I guess no one else has experienced this. Oh well.

I have concluded that it was caused my an animal with sharp toe nails.

I can't blame it on the roof mechanism since this section is always exposed anyway.
