+1. Hopefully it's just something simple like an accessory and not inside the engine.

Don't run it anymore, have it diagnosed.

Could this be the beginning of the IMS bearing going out? Being my 2002 had an IMS bearing blowout, I agree, don't drive it anymore and have it flat bedded to your shop and have them check it out ASAP.
