We are having problems with Hotmail (MSN, Live, add Outlook.com) as their automated spam blockers seem to want to call our opt-in/opt-out notifications spam.So any RennTech.org notification, registration, PM notifications, daily/weekly digests, or lost password emails are getting rejected by them.Talking with them is like talking to a brick wall - they will not tell us what we need to change to be compliant (although no other services seem to have a problem). We have upgraded our mail server and taken all required security precautions (and some beyond required). We have asked them to un-block us based on these changes. We have no idea when (or if) they will un-block us.If you want a short term fix you could get a gmail account (or almost any other email) and I can change your email here to that new account. If you are having trouble changing your email address and would like me to help please send me a PM with your new email address and I will change it for you.Sorry... but this one is a little out of our control.

I've dealt with their commercial email servers and blocking before, they can be a pain.

Even after setting up sender ID, RDNS records, etc. they would still reject emails, most of the time based on volume.

The only other company that is worse in this regard is/was AOL.

This is why I don't use my hotmail account for email any longer (it's been dormant for at least 10 or 15 years).

are you also blocked by web.de

the mail adress could be changed to this provider

The problem is only Hotmail, MSN, and Live and their mis-configured spam blockers/block lists.

I have updated your email address per your request.
