I've noticed I can knock this the suspension down a notch and drive at regular speeds around town low setting. Is this bad for the suspension in any way? Dallas has pretty bad streets.

No free lunch.

You should drive mostly at the suspension height that your wheel alignment was carried out at.

Any deviation from this setting would expose your wheels to a different camber which would lead to abnormal tyre wear, especially after prolonged periods of driving.

As bigbuzuki mentioned, it has been said when you take your vehicle in for an alignment get it done at the ride height you normally drive at, ie. don't get it done at normal ride height when you normally drive in low. With that said, I have never had my '06 Turbo S aligned and it tracks straight and I get 25~30K out of a set of tires which is fine compared to the 15~20K I get out of a set of rears on my 911. When I do get it aligned though I will get it done at the low ride height setting as that is where I do most of my driving too.
