I just got the car back yesterday from having the valve body and TCM replaced at the dealer then all of a sudden completely out of the blue the "Air Suspension" warning light appeared, then disappeared,........ This happened about a half of dozen times, some times it would alarm and then disappear an other times it would remain on the screen as still faulty. No error codes on the Durametric. I have it connected to my v-tech Porsche charger overnight...... I am hoping it is battery related. Maybe the dealer left the key in the ignition? The battery under the drivers seat was replaced last summer, the batter in the rear is still original. I am hoping this is the fix.

everything else works find, raises and lowers etc Any ideas of what it could be?

Thanks

Sounds like battery, if no faults codes are evident.

Hope your enjoying those smooth gear changes post TCM and valve body replacement.

I would agree to the battery being low. Fully charge it with a proper battery charger and monitor it for future faults.

Well the Yellow "Air Susp Faulty...." is on permanently now. I always forget, which one is the main battery? The one under the seat or the one in the rear? The one in the rear is original, but I replaced the one under the seat about a year ago. No other electrical issues with the car. I bought the rebuild kit from local VW dealer using the part # supplied via the DIY, it was very cheap. It is due to arrive Wed. When I say cheap, it was quoted at $20. I figured at that price (if the right part shows up) and less than an hour of time to rebuild is worth it.

Also, still no codes on the Durametric.

I have a 2004 Cayenne Turbo with the same symptoms. I'm new to the forum and couldn't find the part reference in DIY. Could you please post the link. I'd like to have this done by my mechanic during the next oil change.

thank you
